I'm getting an error when I click on a link in summon
When you click on a full text journal link in Summon that goes to either of the Ebsco databases (Academic Search Complete and Business Source Complete) you click on a link but you will get a " No results were found " error or an internal server error.
The reason for this in a nutshell is that some database companies are not indexing individual articles, but are indexing entire pages that might have an article, a letter to the editor or some other data on it. Because of this Summon cant find the correct open url to open the correct item.

Tell us about the error
Please click on the report a problem link in the 360 panel to report to us that there is an issue with that journal, and we will report it to EBSCO.
Internal Server Error
The internal server error seems to be an issue that reoccurs, let us know if it occurs by just e-mailing email@example.com because it can be fixed within a day or two.
